South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:35:01:09 — Transfer of permit to new owner

A licensed
owner or operator of washer and dryer units who transfers the ownership or
management of the washer and dryer units during a calendar year shall notify
the department and request a transfer of the permit to the new owner or
operator of the units upon completion of the transfer.
