ARSD § 64:28:13:05 — Assignment to joint ownership

Assignment to joint ownership. Assignment to
joint ownership shall be completed in the manner specified in SDCL chapter 32-3 from the owner of record to the joint ownership. No certificate of title may be issued showing the phrase "and/or" in any joint ownership.
