South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:28:10:03 — Disposition of incorrect certificates of title

Either the county treasurer, the dealer, or the owner
shall return certificates of title with errors for correction to the department
with a statement of facts explaining the reason for the correction. The dealer
and owner are responsible for assuring that the issued title contains accurate
and correct information.
