64:02:03:17. Exemption
for formal designation. An individual seeking permanent certification renewal may qualify for a
one-time exemption from the requirements for renewal certificates in
§ 64:02:03: 02 if the individual possess es any of the
following designations listed:
(1) South Dakota
Association of Assessing Officers, CSDA;
(2) American Society
of Rural Appraisers, ARA;
(3) American Society
of Appraisers, ASA;
(4) International
Association of Assessing Officers, AAS, CAE, CMS, PPS, RES; or
(5) Apprais al Institute , MAI , SRA .
