Biodiesel fuel at state-owned diesel fueling facilities

A state-owned diesel fueling facility shall provide fuel containing at least five percent biodiesel fuel in all diesel pumps.

Last amended: 2007 Act No. 83, SECTION 10.A, eff June 19, 2007. Editor's Note 2007 Act No. 83, SECTION 10.B, provides as follows: "All state-owned diesel fueling facilities must be in compliance with Section 12-63-30 by January 1, 2008."
