Rhode Island General Laws — Title 44 (Taxation)

R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-44-1 — Purpose

This chapter is enacted to provide funding for the litter reduction and recycling
program, created pursuant to chapter 15.1 of title 37, and the hard-to-dispose material â control and recycling program, created pursuant
to chapter 15.1 of title 37.
