R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-3-54 — âSons of the Revolutionâ society located in the town of Middletown â Tax exemption

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws to the contrary, the city
council of the town of Middletown is authorized to determine, by ordinance or resolution,
exemptions from property taxation for the âSons of the Revolutionâ society located
in the town of Middletown.
