Rhode Island General Laws — Title 44 (Taxation)

R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-29-9 — Collection powers

The tax administrator shall have for the collection of the taxes, including interest
and penalties imposed by this chapter, the same powers as are prescribed for collection
of taxes in chapters 1 and 7 â 9 of this title.
