Disposition of revenues

The revenue, including interest and penalties, collected pursuant to this act shall be paid monthly by the Commission to the State Treasurer to be placed in the Drug Abuse Education Revolving Fund created in Section 2-417 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
The monies shall be budgeted and expended by the State Board of
Education for drug abuse education programs.
