Violations - Injunctions - Damages
# A.
The Commission or any person injured by any violation, or who would suffer injury from any threatened violation of Sections 326 through 345 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, may maintain an action in any court of equitable jurisdiction to prevent, restrain or enjoin such violation or threatened violation.
