Appropriation - Defined

The term "appropriation" as used in Sections 2482-24113 of this
Code is hereby declared to be synonymous with "estimate made and approved," as defined in 62 O.S.1961, Section 473, and the provisions, requirements, limitations and penalty of 62 O.S.1961, Sections 471 through 480, are hereby specifically declared to extend to and embrace "appropriations" as herein defined.
