Requirements to obtain permit

To obtain a permit to sell or distribute coin-operated devices, an applicant shall comply with the following requirements:
# 1.
Be a resident of this state for two (2) years preceding the date of the application;
# 2.
Not be a convicted felon;
# 3.
Have obtained an Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit to be used exclusively to report the sale of coin-operated devices; and
# 4.
Be either an owner or partner of a business selling or distributing coin-operated devices.
