NMSA 1978, § 7-9I-6 — Administration of the act

Unless otherwise provided by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Act, the department
shall administer the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Act pursuant to the Tax
Administration Act [Chapter 7, Article 1 NMSA 1978].
