Authority for director to reduce amount required to be
reimbursed to department by counties for services provided by
department.
When any provision of the Property Tax Code requires a county to reimburse the
department for the costs of services provided by the department, the director may
reduce the amount required to be reimbursed to less than actual costs of the services.
