NMSA 1978, § 7-2C-7 — Suspense account

Upon receipt of money transferred from the department pursuant to Subsection H of
Section 7-2C-6 NMSA 1978, the claimant agency shall deposit and hold the money in
the suspense account until a final determination of the setoff is made.
