NMSA 1978, § 7-23-2 — 7-23-2

[Penalty for violation.]
The penalty for the violation of this act [7-23-1, 7-23-2 NMSA 1978] shall be a fine of
not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or not
more than six (6) months in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of
the court.
