NMSA 1978, § 7-1-46 — Minimum prices
Before the sale, the secretary or the secretary's delegate shall determine a minimum
price for which the property shall be sold, and if no person offers for the property at the
sale the amount of the minimum price, the property shall not be sold but the sale shall
be readvertised and held at a later time. In determining the minimum price, the
secretary or the secretary's delegate shall take into account and determine the expense
of making the levy and sale.
