New Hampshire RSA — Title V (Taxation)

RSA 80:86 — Tax Lien on Real Estate. –

Real estate of every kind levied upon under RSA 85 shall be subject to the real estate tax lien procedure, and the owner of such real estate shall have the right to redeem the real estate.
