N.D.C.C. § 57-38-50 — Satisfaction of lien

Upon payment of the tax, together with any accrued penalties and interest, as to which the
commissioner has filed a notice of lien, the commissioner shall index a satisfaction of the lien in
the central indexing system without fees or costs.
