N.D.C.C. § 57-06-23 — Deposit of revenue - Report to treasurer

The commissioner shall transfer revenue collected under section 57 -06-17.3 to the state
treasurer for deposit in the electric generation, transmission, and distribution tax fund. At the
time of the transfer, the commissioner shall provide a report showing the information necessary
for the state treasurer to allocate the revenue transferred under this section.
