17 NCAC 12A .0503 DEALER: MANUFACTURER: DRIVEAWAY: TRANSPORTER Motor carriers operating qualified motor vehicles as defined by the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) with a dealer, manufacturer, driveaway, or transporter license plate issued either in North Carolina or other jurisdictions shall have a current IFTA or intrastate license and set of decals at all times while operating in North Carolina.
