Responsibilities Of The State Historic Preservation Office

15-24-1606 . Responsibilities of the state historic preservation office.

# (1)

If the local governing body approving the tax abatement does not appoint a board under the provisions of 15-24-1605 , the state historic preservation office shall provide design review assistance and certification for qualifying properties.

# (2)

The state historic preservation office shall evaluate design review standards submitted to it for approval by the board.
