Electronic wagering

# A.
Electronic wagering may be conducted only to the extent that it is conducted in accordance with this Subtitle and in accordance with the rules promulgated by the corporation.
# B.
The corporation may accept wagers made electronically using a sports wagering mechanism located on the premises of a permitted retail establishment or through a website or mobile application.
