False or altered lottery tickets

# A.
Any person, with intent to defraud, who falsely makes, alters, forges, utters, passes, or counterfeits a state lottery ticket shall be punished as provided in Subsection B.
# B.
Any person who influences or attempts to influence the winning of a prize through the use of coercion, fraud, deception, or tampering with lottery equipment or materials shall be punished by imprisonment at hard labor for not less than five years and not more than twenty years without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of imposition of sentence.
