K.S.A. 79-4806 — Transfers to problem gambling and addictions grant fund

On July 1 of each year or as soon thereafter as sufficient moneys are available, $100,000 credited to the state gaming revenues fund shall be transferred and credited to the problem gambling and addictions grant fund established by K.S.A. 79-4805 , and amendments thereto.
