K.S.A. 79-3425f — Special city and county highway fund; revenue for public transportation
(a)
The board of county commissioners of any county may use for the purpose of public transportation not to exceed 10% of the moneys such county receives under K.S.A. 79-3425c , and amendments thereto, except that such limitation shall not apply to moneys received by a county that the county is required to distribute to a city or a township.
(b)
The governing body of any city may use for the purpose of public transportation not to exceed 10% of the moneys such city receives under K.S.A. 79-3425c , and amendments thereto.
(c)
The township board of any township may use for the purpose of public transportation not to exceed 10% of the moneys such township receives under K.S.A. 79-3425c , and amendments thereto.
(d)
This section shall be supplemental to K.S.A. 79-3425c , and amendments thereto.
