K.S.A. 79-32,277 — Kansas taxpayer protection act; title and effective date

The provisions of K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 79-32,277 through 79-32,282 , and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas taxpayer protection act and shall be effective on and after January 1, 2022.
