K.S.A. 79-2959b — Abolishment of fund; transfer of moneys and liabilities to state general fund

On July 1, 2024, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer all moneys in the local ad valorem tax reduction fund to the state general fund. On July 1, 2024, all liabilities of the local ad valorem tax reduction fund are hereby transferred to and imposed on the state general fund, and the local ad valorem tax reduction fund is hereby abolished.
