K.S.A. 79-1966
Penalty for violation of act by officer

Any officer of any taxing district or any county clerk who shall violate any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, and shall also be subject to removal from office by a civil action.
