Petitions for reconsideration.

Summarize

Each petition for reconsideration of a final order of the court shall be filed pursuant to K.S.A. 77-529, and amendments thereto. Each response to a petition for reconsideration shall be filed with the court within 11 calendar days after the petition for reconsideration is filed with the court. (Authorized by and implementing K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 74-2437; effective Oct. 29, 2010.)
