Reinstatement.

Summarize

Each applicant for reinstatement of the RMA designation shall complete the continuing education requirements specified in K.A.R. 93-6-3. No reinstatement shall be allowed after June 30 of the second year after the expiration of the four-year continuing education period specified in K.A.R. 93-6-3. (Authorized by and implementing K.S.A. 2001 Supp. 19-430; effective May 16, 2003.)
