K.A.R. 92-27-5
Funds erroneously paid.
If the secretary determines from available reports and records that a Kansas qualified biodiesel fuel producer has erroneously received money from the Kansas qualified biodiesel fuel producer incentive fund, the Kansas qualified biodiesel fuel produc-Retail Dealer Incentive er shall immediately refund to the secretary the amount erroneously paid, after receiving notification by the secretary. Any Kansas qualified biodiesel fuel producer who has refunded an amount of money to the secretary may submit a letter to the secretary or the secretary’s designee requesting resolution through the informal conference process.
