Bingo; filing of returns; notice; hearings.

Summarize

# (a)

On or before the last day of each calendar month, each licensee that was licensed during the preceding calendar month shall submit a return and remit all enforcement taxes due for the preceding month to the department. The return shall be submitted upon a form furnished by the department.

# (b)

If a licensee does not operate or conduct any games of bingo during a calendar month, the licensee shall still submit a return for that month.
