"Disaster emergency"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "disaster emergency" means the following:
# (1)
A disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-12.
# (2)
A state of energy emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-13.
# (3)
A local disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-29.
# (4)
A request by a registered business for disaster or emergency assistance under a mutual assistance agreement.
