Certified distribution; accounting and transfer requirements

Effective 7-1-2027.

Sec. 17.5. After December 31, 2027, the county's certified distribution amount for 2028 shall be maintained in the accounting for the county under section 21 of this chapter and transferred as set forth in section 21 of this chapter.
