Deputy commissioner

Sec. 7. The commissioner may appoint an individual to serve as deputy commissioner of
the department of local government finance. However, the appointment must be approved by the governor. A deputy commissioner shall subscribe to an oath to faithfully discharge the duties assigned to the deputy commissioner either by law or by the commissioner.
