Appeal of determination after further proceedings

Sec. 9.

# (a)

After further proceedings under section 8 of this chapter, a party has a right to appeal the final determination by the Indiana board.

# (b)

An appeal under this section must be initiated in the manner prescribed in section 5 of this chapter.
