45 IAC 16-1-1
Definitions
Sec. 1. DEFINITIONS. When used in these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires:
# (a)
Act shall mean the Motor Carrier Act of 1935, as amended.
# (b)
Commission shall mean the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
# (c)
Director shall mean the Director of the Motor Carrier Division of the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
# (d)
Division shall mean the Motor Carrier Division of the Public Service Commission of Indiana.
