Notice of license cancellation

Sec. 18. (a) For purposes of IC 6-6-2.5-49, the licensee shall be given at least five (5) days notice of the hearing and proposed

cancellation or denial:

(1) by registered mail;

(2) at the licensee's last known address.

(b) The licensee may appear at the time and place given in the notice to show cause why the license should not be canceled.
