TITLE 86: REVENUE CHAPTER II: PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD PART 1910 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR APPEALS BEFORE THE PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD SECTION 1910.77 WITHDRAWALS AND SUBSTITUTIONS OF ATTORNEYS

Section 1910.77 Withdrawals and Substitutions of Attorneys a) An attorney of record who wishes to withdraw from representation must file a notice of withdrawal with the Clerk of the Board, together with proof of service and notice of filing on all parties in the appeal. b) Any attorney who substitutes for an attorney of record must file a written appearance identifying the attorney for whom the substitution is made. However, no attorney will be considered withdrawn from an appeal until a formal withdrawal is filed in accordance with subsection (a) of this Section. (Source: Added at 29 Ill. Section 1910.77 Withdrawals and Substitutions of Attorneys

a) An attorney of record who wishes to withdraw from representation must file a notice of withdrawal with the Clerk of the Board, together with proof of service and notice of filing on all parties in the appeal.

b) Any attorney who substitutes for an attorney of record must file a written appearance identifying the attorney for whom the substitution is made.
