TITLE 86: REVENUE CHAPTER II: PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD PART 1910 PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR APPEALS BEFORE THE PROPERTY TAX APPEAL BOARD SECTION 1910.100 SEVERABILITY

Section 1910.100 Severability In the event any Section, provision or term of this Part is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that determination shall not affect the remaining Sections or provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
