TITLE 86: REVENUE CHAPTER I: DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE PART 130 RETAILERS' OCCUPATION TAX SECTION 130.730 REPLACEMENT OF CERTIFICATE

Section 130.730 Replacement of Certificate If any certificate or sub-certificate is destroyed or defaced as a result of natural wear and tear, upon application to the Department, certifying to this fact, a duplicate copy thereof will be issued to the taxpayer concerned.
