TITLE 86: REVENUE CHAPTER I: DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE PART 100 INCOME TAX SECTION 100.9010 COLLECTION AUTHORITY (IITA SECTION 901)

Section 100.9010 Collection Authority (IITA Section 901) In general. The Department shall collect the taxes imposed by the Act and shall pay all monies received thereunder into the State Treasury as provided by IITA Section 901. (Source: Amended at 24 Ill. Reg. 10593, effective July 7, 2000)
