Idaho Code § 63-1106

Sale of additional property

63-1106.  In the event that the property seized does not bring sufficient money to pay the property taxes and costs, the tax collector shall direct the sheriff to seize and sell additional property liable for the property tax, pursuant to section 63-1012(1), Idaho Code.
