Hearing; request for and scheduling

# (a)

Upon receipt of an agency appeal request, the special enforcement section shall notify the director of the appeal and the director or the director’s designee shall schedule a hearing.

# (b)

A written request for an agency appeal shall contain a concise statement of the basic facts, the issues contested, and the relief the respondent is requesting. The department may prepare departmental forms that may be substituted for any written request for an agency appeal which may be required for any authorized proceedings pursuant to law or rules.

# (c)

No hearing shall be held until due notice is given to all parties as provided in sections 91-9 and 91- 9.5, HRS, or their successor laws.
