§ 218.215, F.S. — Revenue sharing trust funds; creation and distribution

# (1)

The Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Counties is hereby created. All revenue designated for deposit in such fund shall be deposited by the appropriate agency. The distribution to the several counties shall be made monthly as provided in ss. 218.23 and 218.26.

The Revenue Sharing Trust Fund for Municipalities is hereby created. All revenue designated for deposit in such fund shall be deposited by the appropriate agency. The distribution to the several municipalities shall be made monthly as provided in ss. 218.23 and 218.26.
