Exceptions

This chapter does not apply to any of the following:
# (1)
A building or structure devoted to agricultural use as defined in Chapter 26 of this title.
# (2)
A property, building, or structure located within a municipality unless New Castle County has any responsibility for the local service function under § 1102 of this title.
