Data disclosure and sharing

# (a)

By applying for this credit or accepting the transfer of a credit under this chapter, the applicant or transferee agrees to public disclosure of the amount of any credit awarded or transferred.

# (b)

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the sharing of data related to the credit between or among any of the following shall be permitted:

# (1)

The Delaware Motion Picture and Television Development Commission.

# (2)

The Department of State.

# (3)

The Division of Revenue.

# (4)

The Office of State Bank Commissioner.

# (5)

The Department of Insurance.

# (6)

The Division of Small Business.

# (c)

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the sharing of data related to payments made and records and returns filed on behalf of a loan-out company and its employees, may be shared with the Department of State and Division of Small Business.
