# (a)
Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of section
12-632 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the commissioner shall not grant an extension of time to any municipality for the filing of any program lists.
# (b)
The commissioner shall not grant an extension of time under subsection (c) of section 12-632 of the Connecticut General Statutes to any business firm for the filing of any program proposals or to any agency overseeing implementation for the filing of written approvals of referred program proposals.
