Approval of plans and annual updates

# (a)
Upon receipt of a traffic reduction plan, annual update, or their revisions, the department shall evaluate the plan or annual update.
# (b)
The department shall notify the affected employer by mail that the plan or annual update is approved, approved with conditions, or disapproved.
